POSITION:
Campaign Manager for US House Candidate in CA
LOCATION:
Sacramento area
Description / Duties:
Work with candidate and consultants to create campaign strategy and implement campaign plan
Effectively manage staff, including principal leaders to execute field, finance, and communications strategy in the most impactful way possible
Develop relationships with local officials, leaders, other key progressive partners, and volunteers
Manage candidate's time and schedule, balancing voter contact with fundraising
Willingness to travel throughout the district and out of town as needed to be successful
Coordinate endorsements and draft questionnaires
Assist Finance Director with FEC reporting and compliance
Hiring and managing campaign staff as required
Desired Experience:
Candidates must have at least two cycles of campaign experience. Must also have experience with NGP and VAN. Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle of working as a campaign manager, or at least 3 cycles of combination campaign experience including field, finance, and communications. Ability to work campaign hours in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment.
