Finance Assistant
The Deval For All campaign is seeking a finance assistant who will be responsible for briefing and event material, event logistics and the call time program. The ideal applicant will bring a strong attention to detail, sharp analytical skills and a positive attitude. This position is based in Boston, MA.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of call time program
Responsible for all phone, email or mail follow-up from candidate call time
Record all call notes from candidate call time and personal call time into NGP
Drafting mail and email invitations
Update donor contact information and donor history
Assist in the outreach and production of events
Prepare donor meeting and event materials
Staff fundraising events
Qualifications:
At least once cycle of campaign fundraising experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, ActBlue, and NGP
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
