GetThru is hiring a Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role on our small but mighty sales team. This person will focus on expanding the reach of our best-in-class P2P texting and phone calling tools across multiple markets: politics, advocacy, education, non-profits, and more. The position will report to the VP of Sales, and offers salary plus bonus, profit-sharing, competitive benefits, and participation in an employee stock option pool.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative you will:
- Conducting market research to identify new leads
- Establish active communication and engagement via email, phone, video, and text with prospects to create new leads and book product demos
- Support clients in setup and implementation of GetThru tools
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Experience with software sales operations
Highly organized and able to manage complex operations involving multiple lists, tools, and elements
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone, screen-share, and in-person presentations
Experience or openness to working remotely
Ability to travel occasionally

Location
This is a remote position. Work from anywhere in U.S. time zones as long as you have excellent internet connection and the work gets done.
Compensation
$50K - $60K base salary, depending on experience
Additional compensation from bonuses and participation in profit-sharing pool
Participation in employee stock option pool
401K + employer match

3 weeks of vacation time in year 1 and 2, with increases thereafter
