Duties:
A highly-regarded Democratic/progressive campaign compliance firm seeks a senior-level processing associate. This candidate will be responsible for various campaign finance client support and accounting duties and is responsible for day-to-day client operations for key clients. This staff person will assist with FEC and various state reporting requirements. This individual will regularly Interface with clients and must be capable of maintaining and building professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties included:
-Review and accurate processing of a high volume of donor contributions
- Work with client fundraising staff to resolve issues with contributions
- Review of vendor invoices and preparation of payments
- Assist in updating of client QuickBooks files
-Manage client relations and communicate with client contacts on a regular basis
-Assist in review of donor records and FEC report preparation
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years compliance or finance professional work experience;
- Proficiency with NGP/VAN, MS Office, experience with accounting software;
-Strong organizational, skills multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
-Ability to work independently;
-Must work well in a team environment
Compensation:
45-60k annual salary/paid vacation/sick leave; 6 paid holidays per year
