With campaigns moving online, digital fundraising is more important than ever and there's never been a better time to jump into our world. YOU can help the candidates we need in Washington get there by raising BIG $$$ for Democrats.
This program will help you understand how campaigns are funded, how campaign teams operate, and how to get a full time job in politics. (Past fellows are now either working for us or are working on campaigns around the country.)
A Basecamp Strategy Fellowship isn't for the faint of heart. Our work demands a lot of us, and we love delivering the best possible results for our clients because the work of electing Democrats is too important to do it any other way. And because, above all else, we hate doing mediocre work.
We're seeking Fellows to join two programs:
Digital Fundraising Fellowship: Our Digital Fundraising Fellows focuses on helping our data and production team by learning the ins and outs of database management and email production. You'll learn to produce and code emails (we'll teach you HTML if you don't know it!) and help prepare our digital content to be deployed flawlessly across digital platforms. You'll analyze results data to figure out what worked and what didn't, playing an essential role in our work to create digital fundraising content that drives results.
High Dollar Fundraising Fellowship: We are also looking for ONE High Dollar Fundraising Fellow to join our Director of High Dollar Fundraising in their effort to unseat some of our country's worst Republicans by raising millions of dollars before Election Day. This Fellow will learn how to prospect and build relationships with major donors using digital tools, traditional call time, and high end engagement strategies.

Details:
Fellows will receive a $1,000/month stipend. Our office is located in Washington, D.C. but for now the program will be run remotely. We're looking for candidates who can start right away.
