WHO WE ARE:
WinWisely.org is an open source nonprofit and free to activists mobile-friendly app, with four years of R&D and wide-scale potential user interviews, that is being created to answer what most organizers call the mother of all questions, the holy grail: How can progressives be able to recruit, commit, and support massively larger numbers of volunteers willing to do much bigger impact tasks to save the planet and/or restore economic and healthcare justice and/or political democracy before it's too late? This also includes how we can prevent the November election from being stolen or canceled, or if stolen, force a new fair and honest election though the tried and true strategy of city, state and potential national strikes

Our aim is nothing less than to revolutionize organizing, in particular non-violent mass civil resistance strategies, because history shows that this strategy is our last best hope for saving both the planet and also democracy.
We've created a ready to beta test one-stop free open source mobile-friendly highly secure app, with a unique integration of five proven recruitment motivators, one of which is crowdacting. See crowdacting.org for tame example, while pondering how it could be applied to stopping a fossil fuel project, or thwarting the stealing of an election, or if stolen, forcing a new honest and fair new election.
JOB DUTIES: Flexibility a must. We can adjust this list based on your preferences.
1. Finding contact info for leads we provide of potential high donors and people friends with such donors.
2. Help to identify 1 or 2 additional US campaign partners (one of which likely to be a pipeline resistance campaign) wanting to beta test us; helping them with their questions and filling out their FAQ, etc. probably working with the volunteer coordinator of each campaign. (Two of Extinction Rebellion's lead chapters are already anxious to beta test us.)
3. researching topics ranging from activist cause marketing to privacy/security tactics to behavior economics tactics for reducing flake out and increasing peer-peer bonding
4. proofing/QA funder request letters and making follow up calls to same, as well as to potential beta test partners
5. scheduling hangouts via zoom or google with campaign organizers, tech help, potential donors, marketing gurus etc and taking good notes on such meetings (Zoom records; so need not be super fast typer)
6. if you like networking, attending conferences and events to find us useful contacts
7. optional: until we bring on board a social media/marketing talent, updating our FB and twitter accounts
8. additional duties as they come up in response to needs of the beta test campaign organizers
9. optional: occasional face to face user testing
HOURS: you choose, PT ok, but closer to full time, the better.
DECISION-MAKING /MANAGEMENT STYLE:
Totally transparent on all matters. Once you've moved to co-founder status, Collaborative. Chief Co-founder is a good empathic listener and happy to provide references from prior associates/partners.
COMPENSATION:
Negotiable dependent on your skills, contacts, experience, and hours willing to commit. Pay can be double if you are also able to fulfill the duties of the Marketing Director.
LOCATION: YOU can be anywhere. We are based in NYC and our designer is in Seattle.
