Revolution Field Strategies is seeking multiple highly motivated candidates for the role of Regional Canvass Director for a ballot initiative campaign in Maine. Regional Canvass Directors will help manage the day to day operations of a paid field program. Positions are open immediately, with contracts running through January.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of the campaign in their region;
Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all canvassers;
Manage canvassers as they implement the campaign's day to day operation;
Meet and exceed goals for program performance;
Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership; and,
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong management, communication and motivational skills;
Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse group of staff; and,
Ability to work a demanding schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through the length of the program.
At minimum, 1-2 cycles of campaign experience.
Training:
Regional Canvass Directors will receive extensive training and support from senior leadership.
Salary Range:
$4,500-$5,000/month
