We are hiring campaign managers in both the Phoenix and Los Angeles metro areas for state house races and large municipal races.
Responsibilities for available positions include:
1) Managing other campaign staff and comfort working with a top-tier consulting team.
2) Applicants must be comfortable with setting fundraising goals with finance staff and overseeing robust communications program.
3) Executing all aspects of a winning campaign plan.
Desired Qualifications:
-Two cycles of campaign experience, with at least one cycle as a manager or deputy and must have experience managing a staff.
-MUST be detail oriented, organized, flexible, creative, and have a good sense of humor!
- Reports directly to the candidate and consulting team.
If you want to be a slam dunk for this position; we are really looking for folks who have field experience.
