Targeted Upstate NY Congressional is seeking a field director to start immediately. The field director's responsibilities will include but not be limited to
-- - Writing and implementing an aggressive field plan, including persuasion and GOTV components
- Hiring and managing additional field staff
- Setting and achieving robust voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals
- Organizing house parties, meet and greets, and other field events
- Overseeing the petition process
- Managing the voter file and ensuring accurate data
Prior field experience is required. Previous experience with staff management and VAN is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please send cover letter, resume, 3 references, and salary requirements to upstatefield@gmail.com.
