A Northern New Jersey Campaign is seeking a full time Campaign Manager for an intensely competitive municipal race. This role will involve managing the daily operations of the campaign.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Working with local & county party staff, consultants and multiple candidates
Managing volunteers, entry-level staff & interns
Executing volunteer driven field plan
Managing candidate fundraising call time
Managing multiple candidates
Setting and achieving weekly goals
Interfacing with the campaign's Chairman and Treasurer
Qualifications Include:
2+ cycles of competitive campaign experience
Experience in recruiting and training staff & volunteers
2+ cycles of experience with VAN
Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
Access to reliable vehicle
Applicant must have a persistently positive attitude
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
