I am running for reelection to the Cambridge City Council and am seeking a campaign manager to oversee strategy, fundraising and field operations leading up to a November 2017 election (with 2 weeks early voting for the first time in the city). I won as a first-time candidate in 2015, running in a ranked-choice general election against all 9 incumbents and 14 other challengers. I was the only challenger elected and am one of only 2 women on the Council this term. I chair the Health & Environment Committee and the Economic Development & University Relations Committee and have been a strong advocate for increasing affordable housing, supporting more sustainable transportation and bike safety, preserving local retail, and increasing transparency. I do not accept donations from real estate developers or lobbyists.
