Call Time Managers are responsible for managing the call time process with candidates. The chosen candidates will be directly responsible for meeting goals and delivering metrics relayed to them.
Responsibilities include:
· Staff and manage a call time operation.
· Conduct donor research on prospective donors who will be called during call time
· Pulling call sheets and preparing for call time, whether on physical sheets or remote
· Work hand in hand with a finance team to help execute an aggressive finance plan
· Generate prospects and produce donor research that identifies new targets and integrates them into the call time rotation
· Help track and manage the team's progress in numerous areas of fundraising
· Help plan out of district travel and events and staffing fundraisers as needed
Our ideal candidate for the position has the following qualifications:
· Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully relate to voters and volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds;
· Basic computer literacy and database skills;
· Ability to think aggressively and creatively about fundraising and politics in general
· Must have a strong work ethic, good people skills, and willingness to work in a team environment
· Basic understand of federal and state campaign finance rules and regulations
· Preferred experience with NGP, ActBlue, Excel, and other software commonly used on Democratic campaigns
· Willingness to be flexible, work hard, and work campaign hours.
· At-least one cycle of campaign experience ideally in fundraising, but not a disqualification if you do not have.
· Must have a driver's license and access to a car;
· Previous campaign experience or community organizing experience preferred but not necessary
