Campaign Manager, Susan Wild for Congress
Susan Wild for Congress seeks a Campaign Manager to manage the congresswoman's re-election campaign. The campaign manager will be based in Allentown, PA, and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the congresswoman's re-elect. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Work directly with the candidate and senior staff on campaign strategy and implementation;
2. Recruit and manage other campaign staff, including field, communications, and finance teams;
3. Oversee the opening of a campaign headquarters and additional offices throughout the district;
4. Work directly with the campaign's consulting team throughout the cycle on paid communications, research, and overall strategic decision making;
5. Work with the communications team to generate earned media and drive the campaign's message;
6. Represent the campaign in district to all stakeholders, including Democratic Party leadership, activists, and other organizations; and
7. Oversee a robust field program active in all three counties in the district; and
8. Help manage the candidate's schedule and ensure the best of use of the candidate's time in-district.
