Campaign Manager Expectations
- Work with existing staff t build re-election plan
- Manage Political Schedule, including Appearances and Fundraising efforts (Call time/events)
- Hiring and managing of additional staff, including interns
- Oversee re-election, including Field Organization, Messaging, Political Connections, and Budget
Field Organization
- Coordinate with PA Dems
- Coordinate County Area Leaders
- Manage surrogate Appearance Schedule
- Campaign Office: Locate and "open" by Labor Day
- Organize GOTV efforts -- volunteers, phone banks, door knocking (If safe)
- Yard sign delivery
Political
- Line up and solicit Endorsements
- Event planning (other than fundraising)
- Working with County and State Party leadership for planning.
Communication
- Oversee/develop messaging plan
- Coordinate with Digital firm for non-fundraising email messaging
- Maintain or delegate social media content
- Literature ordering and design
- Paid media -- if applicable
- Keeping Staff and advisors updated about campaign progress
Budget:
- Oversee ordering of supplies, literature, signs, etc...
- Maintain operating financial records and submitting to compliance
Salary:
$4,500/ month
